Neelam is the Head of Employee Health and Wellbeing for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Group of Companies - India, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, she lead Employee Health & Well-being strategy across J&J Enterprise. Neelam is passionate about wellness and has more than 16 years of professional experience across multiple domains of wellness, HR and social initiatives. She has been a health educator and performance coach, speaker at many national conferences and popular news channels, and a personal well-being coach for CEOs, chairmen and leadership talent of Indian MNC organizations. Neelam is Master’s in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), a Certified and experienced Performance and Mindfulness coach, Certified Yoga, Ayurveda & Nutrition coach. She is also avid runner, trekker and like reading, writing and volunteering for social causes.
