Nandini is a Sr. Vice President and Group Head, Compensation & Benefits at Infosys. Over the span of 23 yrs in her career, Nandini has led diverse portfolios in HR including Organization Development, Infosys Leadership Institute, HR shared services, Business Partner HR, Employee Relations and Learning & Development. Nandini is a key member of various Talent management forums including ATD, Corporate executive board, Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) among others. Nandini holds a Ph.D in Human Resource Management & Behavioral science from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with a Bachelor degree in Engineering and Masters in Mathematics from BITS Pilani.
