Navneet Rattan is the Partner & COO, India and Global Head - Product Development with Compport. In his current role, Navneet wears two hats, he heads the business for India and heads product development globally. He has recently joined Compport to growth & accelerate expansion. Prior to joining Comport, Navneet was with AON as the India Associate Partner, Performance & Rewards Consulting. Navneet has almost two decades of Performance & Rewards consulting experience. He has a deep professional experience in Organization Design, Performance Management Design & Implementation, Rewards Strategy Design, Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking & Design and Technology deployment. Additionally, he led multiple due diligence/M&A projects from a Compensation & Benefits harmonization standpoint and has been involved in both audits, pre-merger as well as post-merger work. Apart from managing the business and the product, he is also responsible for building thought leadership and content capability.
