Vishakha heads the Performance Management, Rewards & Workforce Planning CoE for the Adani Group. She was a Principal Consultant with Mercer, having worked in the Rewards as well as the Talent Advisory business over around 7 years. Prior to joining Mercer, Vishakha was with Mærsk Oil in Denmark, as a part of the global Org Effectiveness team. She has worked in global and regional roles, in consulting and as a specialist, over the course of her 20 plus years of work life.
