Simin is a widely traveled professional with over three decades of experience. She holds a graduate degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Management. Simin is currently serving as Corporate Head HR & Business Excellence for the Rs.8000/- crore, rapidly growing conglomerate, the DS Group. She leads the strategic HR and business excellence initiatives for the group and is spearheading several new initiatives aimed at Organizational Capability Building and improving efficiencies at the workplace. She is responsible for designing and establishing processes, & policies across all businesses, streamlining and standardizing them to bring about business transformation.
