Tania is a Human Resource professional with 21 years of experience and carries a strong passion for helping organisations and communities thrive and flourish. In her current role as the India Head for D&I, Wellbeing and Culture with the NatWest Group, India. She is responsible for the comprehensive strategy and implementation of employee propositions in these areas. Her astute business sense and emotional intelligence have enabled her to work with senior stakeholders and teams in India, the US and the UK, largely for leading corporates in the financial services and FMCG business sectors - Bank of America, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages and the NatWest Group.
