She is an experienced professional in job evaluation, talent acquisition, designing and conducting assessment centers, learning interventions, benefit planning, reward strategy, benchmarking and designing policies, organizational development and performance management planning aligned to organization philosophy and principles. In her previous role, she worked as Deputy Director - HR at PNB Metlife India Insurance Co Ltd. Prior to that she worked with Aviva Life Insurance and GE Capital in various roles in the HR function.
