Shamita currently holds the position of Head HR- Infosys subsidiaries, where she leads HR for Infosys’ subsidiary companies globally. This entails global integration of several separate legal entities across business lines and geographies. In this role she advises on talent acquisition, retention, performance management, succession planning, mobility and most importantly on cultural alignment of these businesses with Infosys’ core culture and values. Prior to this role, she headed the global Total Rewards function for close to a decade in Infosys.
