Saurabh is currently working as Director, PXT with Amazon India. He is a versatile leader having experience in Software Development, Operations, and now HR. He joined Amazon in June’13 as an Ops leader and supported the launch of several Fulfilment Centers in IN. Passionate about people, and with deep interests in amalgamating technology, analytics, and people processes he moved to HR in 2017 and has been leading HR support for various IN based Stores and Finance teams since then. Prior to Amazon, Saurabh worked in Telecom tech companies building software. Saurabh earned his engineering in Electronics, and MBA in Operations.
