Mr. Navin Chaudhary, currently heads the Rewards function for DBS India. He has over 19 years of experience within the financial services sector working across the length and breadth of the HR Function in HR COO, Risk Management, Regulatory Governance, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, HR Shared Services and HR Business Partnering. At DBS India Navin has had a prolific and expansive career, having helmed diversified portfolios as HR COO, Employee Relations, Risk & Compliance and Shared Services over extensive periods. He has been an integral part of the leadership team that has seen the organization move ahead in leaps and bounds for good part of a decade. Prior to DBS Bank, Navin was with HSBC for a good 6.5 years gaining exposure across almost all HR verticals. As part of the strategic project team, he partnered the M&A between HSBC and IL&FS in India. In his more than half a decade illustrious tenure with HSBC, he has been at the helm of several high impact, strategic interventions at the organization making his mark as a well-rounded HR professional. He has a Bachelors in Computers from Indira Gandhi National University and an Engineering degree where he also left an eminent academic footprint by being a consistent topper throughout his course tenure. He also has various professional certifications under his career stretch in C&B, SAP RC3, etc
